Submit a ticket​ - Client support

Note: make sure you have reported your recovery to JEX on time.
Note: you cannot have more holiday hours paid out than you have accrued. Always check your latest payslip.

Upload the following file as proof of travel (fuel receipt, flight ticket, etc.)

Upload the corresponding bank statement (this must show the bank account number where your salary is deposited). If these documents do not match, we cannot approve your ET request.

Note: Once you have uploaded the fuel receipt and the bank statement, you will receive the ET form by email. You still need to sign this. Please do this as soon as possible so we can complete your request. Also, check your spam folder if you don’t see the email!
